All About The Yard

Hello! I am Victoria Embrack, owner and operator of The Yard Dog Services. I have a passion for all animals, especially our lovely canine friends! I currently reside in Barrie, ON, but have also lived in British Columbia and got to enjoy the mountains for a period of time.

Before deciding to dedicate my career to love all of our four-legged friends, I was a dental hygienist for 10 years. It was another passion of mine, but I decided it was time for a change!

My family and I have two lovely dogs, Bentley, is a 12.5 year old Corgi x Chihuahua, and truly got the best qualities from both breeds. Summer 2022 we welcomed Kuzco, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and he has brought just the right amount of chaos to our lives!

Sadly, our third dog, Molly, passed away February 2024. We rescued her September 2017 and loved having her giant underbite (and heart!) with us everyday until it was time.

I also spend time volunteering for a wonderful rescue called Homeward Bound Rescue. I have the opportunity to foster dogs, transport them, take part in events to bring awareness to the rescue, and more!

I am certified in professional dog walking, reliable and insured to take care of your wonderful dogs! May 2023 I updated my Canine Emergency First-Aid course, courtesy of Canine Foundations. I look forward to continuing my education so that I can continue to provide the best services to you and your family.
